The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and beach. the lobby, pool area, and rooms are clean and spacious. the staff is helpful and friendly, except for one person. the restaurant serves reasonable food, but there might be better options nearby. the cleaning lady is friendly and accommodating. the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.
The WiFi is very slow and erratic.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect for us as it was in a quiet residential area which allowed us to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The beach was just a short walk away, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The hotel itself provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were also great bonuses. In terms of leisure facilities, the swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off, and we also made use of the well-equipped gym. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to our day.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Friendly staff, who were very helpful
It was a good 3/4* star hotel, not a 5* star hotel Our junior suite had no balcony seating or lighting. No porter to greet you. It was in a busy village which was quite noisy at night.

I stayed at Ashley one week. My target was a relax vacation with nobody around, no children's shouting, smells, loud music, no free wi-fi, no tv... Just some books and myself. I got what I wanted, a very isolated place, friendly and unintrusive staff, very clean room without any smell, clean facilities and swimming pool. Compliments to the owners and whole staff regarding the management. The price is more than fair for this quality of the building itself and the services.
Location is like in Egypt, if you want to stay For the whole duration of the trip - excellent. Outside is a small residential area, when it is dark doesn't feel safe, maybe just a personal paranoia but still.... So any long walk preferably during the day. Regarding eating, expensive to do it in the hotel, just behind it there is a small local shop, hold by a friendly Pasquale and a pizzeria open after 8 pm only.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was simply amazing! The pool was definitely one of the best aspects of the hotel, it was clean and provided a great place to relax and unwind. The location was really convenient, just a short walk away from the beach, making it easy to get some sun and sand. , the staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had. We loved the big and clean room, perfect to relax after a long day of exploring.
One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the lack of nearby restaurants, it was quite difficult to find good food around the area. the breakfast was not as varied as we were expecting, but the delicious coffee made up for it.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was spotless. The facilities were great, especially the gym with its fantastic view. Breakfast was impressive, including delicious domestic produce. The hotel's location was superb, very safe for walks along the beach.
Nothing that I didn't like.

nice room, bathroom with bath, nice swimming pool, enjoyed breakfast and lunch facilities, good location for trips across calabria.
airconditioning too weak; no wireless internet in the room, only in the main hall. (main hall wifi runs bootp only, not dhcp).

The location was convenient with easy access to the beach and airport. the breakfast was good and the staff at the restaurant were friendly.
The rooms were uncomfortable, as there was no functioning air conditioning and the temperature was unbearable. the staff was unaccommodating and refused to resolve the issue.

The hotel itself is very nice, although remote and largely caters to business.
Promoting upscale hotel, however, had an incident with the pass key left in the lock of my room. I was most upset to find this upon my return. We all value our privacy, and having experienced this was less than acceptable. I learned that this key had been missing for several months. Therefore, constituting more of a concern...who would try to gain access? In all my years of experience this has never occurred. Lest to say, due to the minimal guests, felt that if you did not use their dining facilities, the cordial pleasantries diminished. There are things that this hotel should review to gain the popularity it so needs.

This is a lovely hotel in an area with few choices of hotels. The price, (off season) was excellent.
The air conditioning was less than we would have liked.

The hotel itself was attractive and clean but when the air conditioning does not work properly and the internet service was down for our entire three day stay it was disappointing. This was June and the temperature was 90 degrees.
Mainly the lack of amenities that you would expect from their advertisement. Air conditioning, internet and a poor breakfast.
